BeachFire Catering is proud to prepare our dishes without microwaves or frozen pre-made products. All of our salad dressings and sauces are hand-made daily by our chefs. Just ask if you have any questions about the ingredients or preparation. Just a quick note of thanks for making our ChristmasParty such a success! Everyone LOVED the food and the atmosphere, the wait staff was soooo friendly that I hugged some of them at the end of the party and the entire evening was quite convivial and relaxed!
